With well over 30 years of practical experience, he is a professional trainer and consultant, a world renown cider & perry competition judge and a multi- award winning cider & perry producer in his own right.

The Production & Process Development Services offered includes consultancy support, new product development (NPD), process improvements, sensory analysis, trouble-shooting and assistance with business planning & development.

As a key component of the Company, The Cider & Perry Academy also provides for a range of training programmes at introductory to advanced level.
